REFUND POLICY

There is no refund/ exchange valid on any product/ service. Once you have placed your order/ service, and you wish to cancel it later, no refund will be made. Think carefully and then place your orders.

If you receive a broken product, it is important for you to share an “unboxing/opening video of the package” to claim your refund or exchange. 

  1. Refund – It will be done within 2 working days for your broken item only. Refund will take place via Google Pay or Paytm only.
  2. Exchange – If you opt for an exchange of your broken item, then a minimal amount of INR 80 will be charged to the customer for re-shipping a new product in place of the broken product. The replaced product will be free of cost, but the shipping will be bared by the customer only.
